If you want to have a softer kitty or harder kitty, please send messages to us. And every kitty is unique so there will be the difference of each kitty’s appearance and look. The pictures on product page are the sample’s pictures, we will make the kitty according to same pictures and try to make a similar one. So that you could have a unique and lovely kitty by your side.

Usage Tips: You can take it out for play, but this may cause stickiness or dirt. Be cautious with slime containing fur or accessories. Playing with it inside the bag can extend its lifespan; we recommend doing so.

After-Sales Requirements: After-sales requests require an uncut unboxing video. No refunds or exchanges except for product quality issues caused by delivery.

And! Since all the kitty is handmade and we make the mold according to orders, the making order is according to purchasing order too. So time for a kitty to get shipped is about 1 week. The shipping is about 5-10 working days. Thank you so much for your understanding!
